Cancellation Policy

We would prefer you not to cancel at all, however, on the odd occasion, when circumstances conspire against you and you just have to cancel your booking we would ask for 4 weeks notice in order for you not to be charged at all.

Less than 1 month the full amount for the booking is payable, unless we manage to re-let out the cancelled room at the same rate.

We will inform you before charges are made to your credit card, and would much prefer to re-book your
accommodation for another time than have to charge you for cancellations.
