Cancellation Policy

We would prefer you not to cancel at all, however, on the odd occasion, when circumstances conspire against you and you just have to cancel your booking we would ask for 30 days notice.
Due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly and we apply a strict cancellation policy.When a cancellation is received within 30 days of intended arrival date, we will retain 25% of the room cost; 20 days 75 % and 100 % if less then 14 days notice is given. Every effort will be made to re-book the room and, if sucessful, the fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of $ 20.Special conditions apply to Group cancellations
